Take a screen capture

Sometimes it's easier to show someone what you're seeing on your computer screen instead of explaining it. In Windows, one easy solution is the Print Screen(PRTSC, PRTSCN) key.

• Click on the window you want to capture.
• Press Alt + Print Screen buttons.



• Open Paint application.
• Click the Start button (Windows logo) on the taskbar
• Type Paint
• Click Paint in the search results
• In Paint application, on the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, click Paste.



• Save the picture and attach the saved file in your email.
